Online Colleges Target Veterans
After reading Online Colleges Target Veterans, I realized the large extents that these online colleges will go to, to try to build creditability within their university. These colleges are trying to claim graduates of their college that did not even graduate from the school they are promoting. I believe this is unprofessional and should not be taking place. I think these online colleges are trying to target uninformed individuals and trying to profit off of them because they do not know where their money is going. This is all proven by the fact that the graduation rate in these online universities is around 30%. This process is terrible and should be looked into more. I do not believe Kaplin, the company offering this online education, has the credentials to be offering the education they are trying to set up. Overall, this just shows how some companies will go to any extent they can to make money off of the uninformed.

I agree with you somewhat. However, education has been brick and mortar for so long, we may think the process of being educated is more important than the actual passing of information. Online education is a relatively new idea that may need time to have all the kinks worked out
